No trip charge
There is no dispatch or trip fee for this scheduled maintenance visit. If our technician finds repair needs, any recommended work is priced up front and performed only with your approval.
Your appointment
Your arrival window is confirmed by our team after booking. We’ll text or call ahead. If we can’t honor the selected window, we’ll contact you to reschedule at no charge.
Cancellations
Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 4 business hours before your arrival window by calling (833) 671-6777.
Emergencies
The online maintenance scheduler is for scheduled maintenance only. For urgent or same-day service, call (833) 671-6777.
Service area
Service is available within our Las Vegas and Reno–area service zones. Bookings outside our service area may be cancelled with notice.
