These terms apply to service visits booked through our online scheduler. Last updated: July 5, 2026.
Dispatch fee
A $49 dispatch fee applies to this visit. It covers travel, on-site diagnosis, and upfront options to fix your issue, and is applied to your final invoice. The fee is due even if you decline the recommended work.
Your appointment
Your arrival window is confirmed by our team after booking. We’ll text or call ahead. This online booking is a request for the selected window; if we can’t honor it, we’ll contact you to reschedule — you may cancel at no charge.
Cancellations
Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 4 business hours before your arrival window by calling (833) 671-6777. Missed appointments without notice may incur the dispatch fee.
Emergencies
The online scheduler is for standard appointments. For same-day or after-hours emergencies, call (833) 671-6777 — after-hours rates may differ and are quoted before work begins.
Service area
Service is available within our Las Vegas and Reno–area service zones. Bookings outside our service area may be cancelled with notice.
Pricing
All repair pricing is provided up front from our standard price book before work begins. The dispatch fee is separate from repair costs.
