One visit per year includes:

9. Inspect water heater for leaks.

Receive a15% discount on regular flat rate repair pricing and lifetime warranty on
repairs made and parts installed (after the maintenance start date) as long as the plan remains in effect.
Two visits per year include:
1. Clean or replace standard 1” air filter (media, UV lights and electronic
filters will incur an additional charge)
2. Inspect evaporator cooling coil. (Clean at discounted price if needed)
3. Lubricate moving parts (where applicable)
4. Inspect and tighten loose electrical connections in HVAC equipment
5. Inspect voltage and amperage draw on HVAC motors
